The Glenwild property is a new home built on spec for sale. The home overlooks the 1st Tee at the Glenwild Golf Club. Being a home for sale, it was critical to bring excitement in design to the home without trending the home too far in any direction. Both the design and build of the home were done exclusively by Todd Arenson Construction. The home was received well and sold within 45 days.
