Lowell Avenue is a home that was built in the mid 1990’s. As is the case with most of Park City real estate, the home was built with a rustic sense of design.

The client loved the layout and location of the home, but wanted to create a contemporary aesthetic for the home. After several rounds of design meetings, we agreed on what later became an amazing recreation of 1232 Lowell Avenue.
